1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any service offered by Speedryx Logistics(“Speedryx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Speedryx Logistics.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website and logistics platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or website announcement.
2. Services Description
Speedryx Logistics provides a comprehensive suite of logistics and supply chain services, including but not limited to:
Logistics & Shipping: Domestic and international parcel, freight, and cargo shipping with multiple speed tiers.
Warehousing: Secure, climate-controlled storage facilities with inventory management and order fulfillment.
Customs Clearance: Expert documentation assistance and customs brokerage for cross-border shipments.
E-commerce Fulfillment: End-to-end order management, pick & pack, and last-mile delivery solutions for online sellers.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you are responsible for the following:
Providing accurate, complete, and current information for all shipments and account details
Ensuring that all goods shipped are legal and permitted under applicable laws and regulations
Compliance with all local, national, and international laws governing the shipment of goods
Proper packaging of all items to prevent damage during transit
Accurate declaration of the value, contents, and weight of all shipments
Promptly notifying us of any changes to shipment details or special handling requirements
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped throughSpeedryx Logistics. Attempts to ship prohibited items may result in immediate termination of service, legal action, and forfeiture of fees:
Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives of any kind
Narcotics, illegal drugs, and controlled substances
Counterfeit goods, pirated materials, and trademark-infringing products
Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable substances without proper disclosure and certification
Live animals and biological specimens without appropriate permits
Human remains, ashes, and body parts
Currency, negotiable instruments, and monetary equivalents above declared limits
5. Payment Terms
All shipping fees, service charges, and applicable taxes are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% on outstanding balances.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a booking.
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Liability Limitations
The maximum liability of Speedryx Logistics for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment as stated at the time of booking, or the applicable insurance limit, whichever is lower.
Speedryx shall not be liable for:
Delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or government actions
Losses resulting from inadequate packaging by the shipper
Delays caused by customs authorities or regulatory agencies
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from service delays
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Speedryx Logistics website and platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Speedryx Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
