1. Shipping Options

Speedryx Logistics offers four shipping service tiers designed to meet every business need, from same-day urgency to budget-conscious bulk shipping:

Express

1–2 Business Days

Priority handling and fastest available routing for time-critical shipments.

Standard

3–5 Business Days

Reliable delivery at a balanced price, with full tracking and notifications.

Economy

7–14 Business Days

Cost-effective shipping for non-urgent parcels with basic tracking.

International

Varies by Country

Door-to-door delivery to 50+ countries with customs assistance included.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of pickup, not the date of booking. Timeframes are for business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Packaging Requirements

Proper packaging is the responsibility of the shipper. Speedryx is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging. We recommend the following:

Use a sturdy, double-walled corrugated box rated for the weight of your shipment

Wrap fragile items individually with bubble wrap or foam padding

Fill all empty space inside the box with packing peanuts or crumpled paper

Seal all seams and edges with at least two strips of packing tape

Remove or cover any old shipping labels, barcodes, or addresses

For liquid items, use leak-proof inner containers with absorbent packing material

4. Tracking

All Speedryx shipments come with tracking capabilities. Once your shipment is picked up and processed, you will receive a unique tracking number.

Online Tracking: Track your shipment in real-time at our website/tracking using your tracking number.

SMS Notifications: Automated SMS alerts at key milestones: pickup confirmed, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.

Email Notifications: Detailed email updates including estimated delivery windows and any exceptions or delays.

Express GPS Tracking: Express shipments include continuous real-time GPS updates accessible from your dashboard.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed, our process is as follows:

Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts on consecutive business days

A delivery notification card will be left after each failed attempt

After 3 failed attempts, your shipment will be held at our nearest facility for 7 calendar days

You will be notified by SMS and email with facility address and collection hours

If unclaimed after 7 days, the shipment will be returned to the sender

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the original shipper

6. International Shipping

Speedryx Logistics provides international shipping to 50+ countries worldwide. Cross-border shipments are subject to additional requirements:

Customs Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient or shipper, depending on the agreed Incoterms.

Documentation Assistance: Our customs team will assist in preparing the necessary documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Prohibited and Restricted Items: Import restrictions vary by country. It is the shipper's responsibility to verify that items are permitted in the destination country.

Delivery Timeframes: International delivery times vary based on the destination country, customs processing times, and service tier selected.

7. Restricted Items

The following items are restricted or prohibited from shipment throughSpeedryx Logistics. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to applicable laws:

Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives

Narcotics and controlled substances

Counterfeit goods and pirated materials

Hazardous materials without proper certification and disclosure

Live animals and biological specimens

Human remains

Currency and monetary instruments above regulatory thresholds

8. Claims and Damages

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow the claims process below:

Report damage or loss within 48 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery date

Retain all original packaging materials and take clear photographic evidence of the damage

Submit your claim by emailing our support team at support@speedryxlogistics.com with your tracking number

Include a description of the damage, item value, and supporting photos or documents

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation

All claims are subject to review and verification before settlement
